Who we are
Our nursery is one of a kind and is going to stay that way, we understand that all children require a high standard of care and we endeavour to provide this with the upmost care and professionalism. By only having one nursery we can stay focused on what is important-the children. Having the one nursery lets us prioritise and allows us to meet the highest of standards.

Our Management Team
Danielle is our nursery manager and has over 12 years experience within the early years setting. Danielle works strongly with our team and parents / carers to ensure all the children in our nursery get the best care possible. Danielle is also our SEND co-ordinator and safeguarding lead.
Nataly is our deputy manager at Bright Stars and has worked her way through from apprentice, practitioner to deputy. Nataly works hard to ensure all the children have their daily routines in place and supports our team in ensuring a strong, well thought out curriculum is provided.
Our Facilities
Our nursery is designed to feel like a home from home. The different rooms offer a calming atmosphere with low key colours and homely furnishings. Many of our resources are created and made by Eric who loves making lots of tables, sand pits, balance beams and trucks.

Our Mission
At Bright stars our aim is to create a calm, warm, friendly environment that is a home from home for our children. Our children are at the centre of everything we do. We strive to fill their minds and encourage our children to use their whole self to be the best that they can be. We work at our children’s pace allowing them to choose how they want to learn, while creating rhythms in their day with reassuring activities that allow our children to feel secure while knowing what is expected from their day. Our parental involvement is high with us working alongside our families. We encourage an open door policy that allows us to build close professional relationships with our families; being respectful at all times of how are families work and develop.
At Bright stars We teach our children to breath in while things happen and breath out while they think using an holistic approach to their day, in an environment that allows them to celebrate who they are. We respect all children and families diversity and aim to offer an inclusive approach by promoting their individuality.
In the moment play encourages our children to have meaningful play with real life experiences allowing our children to learn from the adults and peers; while we understand how a child’s schema works and how they're learning style is brought into their day . We set up provocations (these are inviting activities to encourage the children’s learning)with their learning styles in mind, letting them use their imaginations and inspire their play.
At Bright stars we work closely with the curiosity approach bringing some of their styles of practice into all we do. The ethos is about using a child's natural curiosity to go back to basics with the use of wooden resources, ordinary household items and bric-a-brac. Curiosity is the desire to learn. It is an eagerness to explore, discover and figure things out. We aim to foster interest and enjoyment In learning motivating our children to think creatively and independently
